Pheasant Couch Productions is the name Zakk M.G. makes and publishes games under. “We” on this page means Zakk M.G. This policy covers the website at pheasantcouch.com and our games: Pew Pew Pest Control.

In our games
- Saves stay on your device. Progress, settings and achievements are stored on the device you play on: in the browser’s local storage for the web version, and in the app’s own storage on desktop and mobile. They never leave that device, and they’re deleted when you uninstall the game or clear the browser’s site data.
- Nothing phoning home. The games contain no advertising, no in-app purchases, no third-party analytics and no crash reporting.
- Steam. The Steam version uses Steamworks to unlock achievements on your Steam profile. Valve handles that exchange under the Steam Privacy Policy. The game itself doesn’t receive or keep your Steam account details.
- App stores. Downloading a game from the App Store or Google Play is covered by Apple’s and Google’s own privacy policies.

- No cookies or analytics of our own. The site itself doesn’t set cookies or measure visitors. Google’s advertising cookies are covered below.
- Server logs. Like any website, the company that hosts this one records basic technical details of each visit, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to keep the site running and secure.
